After losing her mother in 2004, Anica Marcum began a personal journey through grief that shaped her purpose. Her experience led to seven years in grief work and the founding of The Hollow Grief Collaborative, where she provides organizational consulting and education to help individuals and workplaces respond to loss with compassion and intention.
